Mmm, Pork.

Cooked a meal for Jen and some friends to celebrate her 29th birthday. It was great to see everyone (especially Cort and Lynn’s daughter, Corynn).

I made pork tenderloin using the indoor BBQ pit that Cort and Lynn bought for our house warming gift. It was good—although a tad dry. No doubt because the tenderloin is so lean.

I think it will be perfect for ribs or something a little bit fatty (like brisket).

Thanks for every contributing to Jen’s gift. We had a great time. It was nice playing board games for a while.

I’m exhausted now. Time to hit-the-hay.

Happy Birthday Jen.

Good night.
