From the “Fatty vs Thin” Dept.

I’ve decided to run an experiment.

As of last Monday, I started running on the treadmill again. 20 minutes only. The first 8 minutes was at 8.5 Km/h, the second 8 minutes was at 9.0 Km/h and the final 4 minutes was at 10.0 Km/h. My goal is to do this every day.

Well, it was the second day today. I was on the treadmill again. My legs feel blasted right now, but they’re not too sore. I’m beginning to think that doing this everyday is reasonable. We’ll see how my legs feel at the weekend.

I’m hoping this will help regulate my sleeping habits as well.
